Workers at Amazon’s massive RDU1 fulfillment center in Garner, outside of Raleigh, North Carolina, have taken the next step in their nearly three-year effort to win union recognition. On Labor Day, Carolina Amazonians United for Solidarity and Empowerment (C.A.U.S.E.) started collecting signatures on union representation cards that will then be submitted to the National Labor Relations Board, petitioning for an election.
