End ICE Terror! ICE Thugs Off Our Streets!

Nicole Renee Good, a 37-year-old mother of three, was shot dead in her car by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent on a Minneapolis, Minnesota, residential street on the morning of January 7, 2026. Good was a volunteer observer of ICE operations in the city.

Department of Homeland Security secretary Kristi Noem claimed this was an act of domestic terrorism by Good. But video captured by bystander Caitlin Callenson shows a driver waving cars by and then ICE agents approaching the vehicle. The driver seems to try to back up and turn to drive away and a split-second later shots are fired and the vehicle loses control into nearby parked cars.

The only act of terror is the cold-blooded shooting by an ICE thug.

World-Outlook joins in the outrage being expressed tonight in protests and vigils by thousands in Minnesota and across the United States.

We join Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey and the multitudes of Minnesotans demanding that ICE leave the city and state immediately.
